This week we welcome Joakim Karlsson of PwC Stockholm to the show. 2 years into his career he designed and pitched his dream role to his employer, and got everything he wished for. Today he is the HR Tech and Innovation Manager of PwC Sweden and has already successfully launched chatbots, AI tools for managers, an employee referral app, E-signatures for recruitment, VR tools for training and onboarding, and much more.
