This podcast is about hiring in tech companies across the globe. Recruitment and HR are finally adopting and leveraging all the digital tools at their disposal. And the war on talent is painfully real, especially in tech. I'm interviewing the people behind the winning companies and try to dissect why they are succeeding in acquiring talent.
