Synopsis

In part one of the show, Aaron and Torin share some of their favorite reads. Torin shares "The Soul of and Octopus" by Sy Montgomery, and Aaron brings "My Stroke of Insight" by Jill Bolte Taylor, PhD. In the second part of the show, Aaron gets into the nitty-gritty of testing and assessments and how we can learn to better interpret what all the data is saying.     This is the very first episode of Teaching Insight!  In this segment we introduce founder Aaron Ross, and his co-host and partner Torin. In the first portion of the show, Aaron explains the eating anxiety that many people with ADHD experience, and provides insight for how parents can make this a positive experience for their children. The second portion of the show is the first "Relationship Corner" where Torin shares the experience of how touch has been an area of growth in their relationship.  Aaron delves into what's been going on in his brain regarding touch sensation.
