In 2013 her food and drink show, Best Possible Taste, premiered on West Limerick 102FM and continues to air every Tuesday night from 8pm - 9pm with the weekly repeat at 9am on Wednesday mornings. A podcast makes the shows accessible to a wide and worldwide audience. Podcasts feature interviews with old and new faces in the food and drink world. From restaurant reviews to discussing current affairs issues affecting the hospitality industry to hearing a famous family recipe to enjoying an award winning artisan product, the topics covered are diverse and delectable.
