And we head over to London to talk to Anne Dunne, originally from Cavan, about her career in the food industry which has included the world’s most famous department store Harrods and most recently the launch of her new consultancy business, The Art of Grate Food.

In this episode we head to Northern Ireland to find out how a trio of local food and drink heroes are approaching the current challenges. First up is Laura Bradley from Indie Fude an independent deli and online store with outlets in Comber and Belfast where you can buy wholly Irish small- batch artisanal food and drink.
