Moonbase 2 Podcast

Mikey has not returned to the Moonbase 2 this week, however the sexual torpedo know as Jii Dee arrives to take up the reins. Once again its a week with little news but some bit such as the images of Transformers Legends Triggerhappy, Kickback and Brawn are all out with their new paint schemes headmaster/titanmasters and a targetmaster as well and IGear seem to have returned to the 3rd Party world with images of a Runabout and Runamuck as well as a Ironhide figure. There's more then that as well on this weeks Moonbase 2.

Mikey has flown the chicken house of the Moonbase this week so Farmer Jii Dee has arrived to fill that void on this, a week with little to no news, lucky him. With The Last Knight around the corner we have new dumb promotional material, Prime One Statues recolour their G1 Megatron Statue gold (woooooo) and maybe a "new" repaint of the Dark of the Moon Prime voyager for the new movie.....well....repaint is generous to call it that. Anyway enjoy the show and enjoy the Jii.

On the show this week there are finally some 3rd Party Horrorcon headmasters from KFC, do they look good from the pictures the lads look at? More audio gold from the guys at TF@TM from the original G1 shows, this time from "The Ultimate Doom, Part 1" and some Ravage Effect audio sessions. There are a few other bits of news but listen to the show and see whats going on in the land of Transformers.

Downloaded From The Files of Teletraan 2 this week Mikey and Andy talk about issues 5# of Optimus Prime, issue 4# of Lost Light and issue 8# of Till All Are One. All the issues were light are huge story discussion points this week and so it makes for a quick one. Hope you all enjoy it guys.

On Moonbase 2 this week we have exciting news from the week of Transformers such as....ummm...releases of toys in the UK and crazy Hamleys prices for Titan Return Sixshot. In more interesting news the boys talk about the new trailers for the next season of RID and a trailer for new character updates to the Online game only in China and 2 new guest were announced for TFN and 1 new guest for TFcon. There's more then that and also the woo woo for the week that both Andy and Mikey have done, so lets Moonbase it peeps.

So it seems Andy forgot to upload last months episode to you......the people (bane voice) Whoops! So here it is, but don't fret next week you will still get the free version of Episode 8. This episode the lads cover Optimus Prime issue 4# and Lost Light issue 3#, so its late but get ready for them comics!

The format of the show may have changed for this week but the quality? its still there as the Moonbase boys talk about the news in the world of Transformers including tatty cosplay masks and bed sheets. Luckily there's more interesting news as we get yet another trailer for The Last Knight (maybe the last trailer now before the movie comes out) and there are a few more bits of small news for the week. SO sit back and enjoy some Moonbasing action.

This week on the Moonbase 2 the boys talk about Takara show off images of their Hot Rodimus (Hot Rod, Char (kup) and Sharkticon (......ummm sharkticon/gnaw). Also in the news there's stuff about the Last Knight movie, just some different promotional items and IDW new crossover event, are the boys worried by this concept? yes. Andy watched a lot of movies this week and chats about them and Mr Mikey finally finished Steins Gate and got one of the many endings. Enjoy the show people!

This week on Moonbase 2 there's a Rubik's Crew Optimus Prime puzzle head, so if you've ever wanted to do your own version of Hellraiser but with Prime head....your dreams came true...yay? There's also news on RID season 3 for release, well at least in Germany and a video from Takara Tomy shows men force feeding the new Legends Dinosaurer (Titans Return Trypticon). That's about it, light week for news but hopefully still entertaining so enjoy some Moonbasing woo woo.

So after months of no news on it we get information on Transformers RID season 3, granted not a huge amount off information but its something at least. There's also info that the next animation studio to get the Transformers licence is Boulder Studio, known for shows like Amazing World of Gumball, Danger Mouse and Wander of Yonder to name a few. Also Mikey saw the new Power Ranger Movie at the cinema this week and talks a fair amount on it but fear not thats saved for the end of the episode. 

Barren is the world of Transformers news however Andy asks the most profound question ever to be thought by man and the topic of "what is an american Biscuit?" and "why...why do they do it wrong?" also this week itune stickers of The Last Knight are apparently a thing *shrug*. In more important news ta lads talk about sorta new figures for The Last Knight including a combiner, will it appear in the movie? will it be as disappointing as Devestator? time will tell. Its time to Moon all of the bases on the moon that are owned by us!..........did I do the saying right? 

This week on the Moonbase 2 new trailer from The Last Knight have popped up and Andy and Mikey have a chat about them, Bad Cube bust out with some images of their new figures Pipes and Huffer (a new one....apparently they already did one a while ago and it was the poo) and we learn, no surprise, Takara announce their Legends version of Trypticon "Dinosaurer" what a silly name.

Hot off the heels of Toyfair we get the reveal of Titans Return Slugslinger and Misfire from the Triggerhappy mold this week as well as Bitfigs wave 2 has a price and release month, remember what they are? NEITHER DO WE! The smallest glimmer of light shines down on the Bumblebee Movie with the director announced, does it mean it'll be good? nope but maybe it wont be terrible, we can only hope. We have that and so very much more on this episode of Transmissions.....I mean Moonbase 2.

What did young Mikey think of Toyfair 2017 you might be wondering? well he returns and he talks about his highlights from the Transformers. Also on this weeks Moonbase 2 the boys talk about the few bits of interesting news from Wonderfest 2017, Perfect Effects Ginrai figure for....well.....Ginrai...........the Legends/american boxset one and Unique Toys Legends Mindwipe and Brainstorm. Also other small bit of news popped up as well so enjoy the show people.

Comic time nerds!! We continue with Optimus Prime issue 2 and 3, finally now up to date with it, Lost Light issue 2 and Till All Are One issue 7.

No Mikey this week so Nicole steps into his shows as Nicole and Andy talk about Toyfair 2017. There's a load of movie toys, RID stuff and Titan Masters stuff to get through so it will be a long one, strap in folks!

MONEY!!!!! Its a big things this week as Hasbro gets to show off how well its been doing recently with a Mad Money interview and few other bits of MONEY info. In more interesting news the Moonbase 2 covers a new Unicron statute "lamp" from Soilder Story Toys, Playschool are doing their own kiddy none transforming Transformers and coloured images of MMC Reformatted Calidus. So its time people, enjoy the show.

Do you like Hotwheels? Do you like toy cars that don't Transform? well this episode of Moonbase 2 covers a lot of the Simba Smoby transformer toys coming out this year, so.....you know....that's interesting. Also on the show this week is a very small talk on the Superbowl trailer for The Last Knight, crowd funded transforming toy phones (but not proper working phones) and FansToys Hoodlum. The boy also chat about their weekly woo woo so enjoy everyone its Moonbase time!

So this is the first episode where the boys talk about individual comics rather then a completed story, so its a bit of a rocky start for Mikey and Andy as they find their feet. But this month they talk about Optimus Prime issue 1, Lost Light issue 1 and Till All Are One issues 5 and 6.

This week on the Moonbase 2 wave 1 of the Last Knight deluxe figures (premium figures/line) have appeared with 2 molds from previous lines and 2 new ones, the finalists for Power Of the Primes have been revealed and what the fudge are Itty Bittys? That and more on this weeks Moonbase 2.
