General Admission With Greg Armstrong

Each week Greg Armstrong sits down with his producer Collin Hotchkiss to talk sports and pop culture.

I'll admit it, I probably should have put that sound clip on this episode. But BUT, I'll put it on the next one. Greg's in LA, Kev is in NY but the pod still lives on. We're talking Jets. We're talking NBA. We're talking sad and dumb Giants fans. We're talking about a bunch of other things as well as I (Greg) try to get accustomed to being in LA. Call this my flu game. Kev brings it as usual, I'm a little off but I still show up to chat with my pal.

Oh, we're back. Talking some sport. You like baseball? We got you. You like some basketball? Some old Naismath style sport? We got you. And of course, football.

It was quite the week folks. Kev's Yankees got dismantled by the Red Sox. Smarf almost killed JR Smith and Jimmy Butler apparently owns the state of Minnesota now. At the end we go over our favorite Jets moments. It got very sentimental.

Now before you get rambunctious about our picks and yell at us for leaving one out, these were our FAVORITE (key word FAVORITE) dunks of all time. 10 of them. We also rant about the Jets, which is per usual.

It takes until like the 40:00 mark for us to talk football. Maybe before that but I always forget to mark it down. Deal with it. I stunk at my picks last week. Greg Jarvis did not. We also watched the first Celtics game during this and I don't want to get ahead of myself but they might not lose a game this season.

We had ourselves a weekend folks. Jets suck, Josh Allen is hurdling human beings and Chris Conte had his faced pushed not once but twice into the turf in Tampa. That poor soul. Now he's on IR with a "knee" injury. We also get started talking about our top 10 in game dunks which will conclude next Tuesday. Buckle up.

I stink at picking games while Greg Jarvis did not. Anyways, we're back for our Week 3 picks fresh off a Jets loss on Thursday night. Giddy up.

Football is back which can only mean thing. Well it can mean a bunch of things but one thing that it does mean is that the Gregs are back with their weekly ATS picks. Also, on a more somber note we talk Mac Millers unfortunate passing. If you need someone to talk to or vent to, my DMs are open.

Somewhere in between me trying to use the internet for the first time, we talked the Khalil Mack trade, Nike x Kaep as well as our playoff teams and prop bet award winners. In short, it was a shit show.

Me and the Kev man are back with very minimal technical issues. We're talking pigskins, baseballs (and bats) and college sports being a complete shit show.

Cam Newton addressed one Kelvin Benjamin in person instead of typing out a hieroglyphics message on Instagram. The official start of football if you were to ask me. NFL over unders were discussed as well as a whole heap of fight talk and multiple periods of bad connection which is an atrocity in our lords year of 2018. 

I lost last weeks episode. Hand up that's on me. It was just gone after recording. But BUT, we are here again because we don't get phased. Teanna Trump and Brittany Renner teased us, Sam Darnold finally signed and fantasy football is here. Oh yeah, we also talk about the 2010 Jets.

It's true, there were basketball players traded. Who, in the year of 2018, would believe that a pro sports organization could be unloyal to one of its players? Preposterous!

The NBA is officially ruined. No need to even watch basketball anymore. When does football start?

Kevin had quite the day on Twitter Tuesday with Jamal Adams attempting to roast him in a YouTube video. Kev, like the man that he is, did not shy away. A scumbag also died which led into a lengthy discussion about how men suck and we need to respect women far more than we do now as a society. Oh yeah, and we talk some hoops. 

The Finals lasted a cool 2 games before they ended which was not nice considering we have nothing to do with ourselves now. Maybe you can fly a respectable lady out only to not see her or maybe you can make a diss track that nobody will hear. Either or, the Cavs are dead and Steph Curry is going to get dunked by Kendrick Perkins into the hoop.

I was going to come up with something witty to say for this but it would be very disrespectful to make jokes when we just witnessed a murder at the hands of Pusha T. There's also the sport of basketball being played so we decided to talk about that to lighten the mood.
