Sunday, May 28, 2023 Speaker: Marcos Tiago Padovan This Sunday we have a special guest communicator! Tiago Padovan is a local Milton pastor who is passionate about intercessory prayer for our city, and specifically praying for local churches. Tiago and his wife Glaucia had been longtime ministry friends and partners with Pastor Andrew and they currently lead our Wednesday morning prayer every week at 7am @ 200 main. Tiago will be sharing with us about the power of consistent communal prayer.

If we want to grow in our loving relationship with God and with others, we need the kind of time and attention that our current cultural moment is competing over every second for. The church in Milton is called to move at the speed of love while our community around us moves at the speed of success, achievement, consumerism, pleasure and activity. In order to do move at the speed of love, we will need reordered lives with counter-cultural rhythms and practices that center Jesus and deprioritize everything else. That's what it means to practice the ways of Jesus. That is how we build the Kingdom of God in Milton as it is in Heaven. Join us as we begin a new season of practicing the ways of Jesus.

Sunday, December 11, 2022 Speaker: Ian Campbell Revelation 1.8 Jesus' existence did not begin at conception in Mary's womb although we often seem to assume that in our understanding of the Bible's teaching about God. Our teaching on Sunday will be on the subject of His pre-existence and what the transition to humanness entailed. Our minds are indeed finite and a spoiler alert should be noted here: we can't understand that God always was in God's Trinity and we must accept by faith having enough reason to trust in God's self disclosure.
