Paul and Paula Ramsden drove the hour or so south to Beachy Head for a picnic, which they enjoyed just feet from the cliff edge. Just before 5pm, they decided to head back to the car. Firefighters were called to a house fire in a small village, just north of Nottingham. They quickly extinguished the blaze but inside the house, tragically they found the body of mum of two, Jacqueline Bartlam. But Jacqueline had not succumbed to the flames or smoke inhalation, she had been brutally beaten and murdered before the house was set on fire. Detectives believed they had identified the murderer and when they entered the bedroom of 18 year old Danyal Hussein in south-east London, they found a handwritten note,  signed in his own blood, about how he had made a pact with a demon called 'Lucifuge Rofocale'. Scott Tarrant had told his partner Rebecca that after the England match he would go around her house for the night.
