On February 5, 2019, 33-year-old Rebecca Modrall drove to one of the houses her boyfriend, Joe Coker, owned in La Quinta, California. Joe had called her and asked her to come over so he could cook her dinner. Rebecca was seen on camera entering the gated community where Joe lived. That was the last sighting of Rebecca Modrall. Rebecca had plans to meet up with a friend after visiting Joe, but she never made it. On May 25, 2003, 18-month-old Acacia Bishop was kidnapped from her great-grandmother's home in Salt Lake City, Utah. Acacia’s grandmother took the toddler and ran while Acacia’s great-grandmother left the room to put her vacuum away. This was not the first time that Acacia was taken by her grandmother. This time, she took Acacia to Idaho where they spent the night in a motel. The following day, the pair was spotted by witnesses playing by the Snake River. That was the last known sighting of Acacia Bishop. On November 17, 2019, 26-year-old Marshal Iwaasa visited his mother in Lethbridge, Alberta, Canada. He helped her with some tech problems and then left late in the evening, despite his mother’s pleas for him to stay the night. He told her that he was headed back to Calgary, where he had been renting a room from a local family and attending school. However, Marshal didn’t go back to Calgary that night, and has not been seen or heard from since. A week later, Marshal's truck was found about 13 hours from where he was last seen. On December 5, 1989, 31-year-old Kerry O’Brien Krueger allegedly told her husband that she had to catch a last-minute flight to Wyoming to attend a trade show for work after another coworker asked her to attend in their place. The plan was that she and a co-worker would travel from Burlington, Wisconsin to Chicago where they would take a flight to Wyoming. Kerry’s husband, Tracey, told investigators that he remembers her kissing him goodbye at 4:30AM on December 6 and that she asked him to take care of their three-year old daughter, Megan, while she was gone. A neighbor reported that they saw black car parked outside of the home around that time. On the evening of February 11, 2014, Noemi Gonzalez spoke to some of her siblings on the phone and nothing seemed amiss. At the time, her adult son was temporarily staying with Noemi and he was the last known person to see Noemi in her North Miami, FL home around 2:00am on February 12, 2014. He had woken up to use the restroom and he saw Noemi was asleep. On September 19, 1984, 17-year-old Sandy Rea was last seen at the Windsor Bowling Alley in Shawnee, Oklahoma. At the time, Sandy’s cousin was working at the bowling alley and the two had a brief conversation. On April 1, 2016, 32-year-old Nicole Fitts told her roommate that she had to run a quick errand to meet someone at a restaurant close by. Nicole’s 2-year-old daughter, Arianna, had been staying with some babysitters in a nearby city while Nicole worked. Nicole had decided it was time to pick up her toddler after the babysitters made excuses for not giving Arianna back. Back in March of 2008, 30-year-old Rachel Conger had recently split up with her husband, Paul. Rachel and her daughter, Amber, moved to a new home in Como, TN. Rachel borrowed a truck from a friend so she could move some furniture to her new place. On the evening of March 12, 2008, Rachel told her daughter that Paul was coming to stay the night. On July 28, 2018, Rhonda Day left her home in Lebanon Junction, Kentucky, she was planning to spend the evening at friend’s house. Her friend said that she arrived and stayed there until the following morning. When Rhonda failed to return home when she said she would, her grandmother immediately became concerned. Ritchie Collins went missing in early 2019. The exact date of his disappearance is currently unknown. Back in early 2019, 9-year-old Serenity Dennard had been living at the Black Hills Children's Home in Rockerville, South Dakota. She had been living at the home since July of 2018. Her adoptive parents had placed her there after her behavior became too difficult to manage along with their other children at home. Serenity was on track to complete a one-year residential program at the children’s home in July and return to her adoptive parents. However, on the morning of February 3, 2019, she ran away from the home while staff members were distracted. She was last spotted by an incoming visitor, standing at the cattle gate near the road. On October 30, 2003, 28-year-old Marcie Crane and her husband were staying at a hotel in Marietta, Georgia. The two had been estranged but were trying to rekindle their relationship. While her husband was out running errands, Marcie disappeared. Before she left, she gave a housekeeper the key to the room and asked her to give it to her husband. That is the last time that anyone heard from Marcie.After her disappearance, several suspicious stories began to surface. A man who lent Marcie money had allegedly threatened her. David’s mother and sister were driving the moving truck while David rode his maroon 1978 Model 1100 Yamaha motorcycle. Every 30 miles or so, the family would stop to check on one another. During one stop in Evanston, WY, David told his family he wanted to continue on and that he would meet up with them at the next rest stop. At some point, David stopped in Fort Bridger, WY and called his aunt from the Bingo Truck Stop to tell her that his motorcycle had broken down. He said another man, who also had a motorcycle, had helped him fix whatever the issue was. It was a warm summer night in Chicago, Illinois, and Vinyette’s grandmother and a neighbor took turns holding the toddler while getting some fresh air in the open air hallways near their apartments. When the phone rang, her grandmother went in to take the call, and the neighbor set Vinyette down on the ground near a table where neighbors gathered playing games. When her grandmother returned, Vinyette was gone.
