Back from a week off there isn't much Seahawks news to talk about apart from the one day of on-field practice at minicamp. With a few weeks before training camp starts up, we're warning you that the next few weeks could be a bit short of Seahawks news. With that in mind, the guys take a look at the emails that have come in over the past week and they're chock full of suggestions for things we could talk about besides Seahawks football. A call comes in from DCH as we talk about the new stickers he designed. Have us send you one (or more) by giving us your address via our Google form. This week's show kicks off with a bit of offseason news. Russell Wilson's agent forwarded a 16-page position paper to the Seahawks front office, Tarvaris Jackson re-signs with the Seahawks, contract talks with Bobby Wagner start and Cary Williams has some interesting things to say about his former team. The bulk of this show is dedicated to talking about the NFC West rival St. Louis Rams as we get you caught up to date with news from their offseason with Rams Addiction podcast co-host Michael Handshear. We ask about ways the team has improved, where do they need to continue to develop and if they're going to continue to be in St. Louis beyond the upcoming season.  Do better nominees this week include scientists in the field of robotics and a Detroit fan that sought out an autograph on a strange item from a Hall of Fame running back. Cam Newton is the latest $100 million quarterback and Adam says that's a club Russell Wilson is willing to wait to join. Michael Bennett wants to be in that same club of guys getting new deals, though he's only one year into his contract, Brandan offers additional background on the issue. The Seahawks Town Hall meeting was Wednesday and the guys take a look at some of the highlights from that event. From Twisted Radio on KISW in the late 80s through the 90s and on to The Bob Rivers Show on KZOK and KJR, Spike O'Neill spent many years on Seattle's radio dial. The offseason continues  with another rules change, this time to the PAT. The guys talk about how much, if any, it has the potential to affect the league and the Seahawks. Adam and Brandan discuss an article that adds to the hype surrounding rookie receiver Tyler Lockett and discuss any impact the Dolphins deal with Ryan Tannehill could impact the Seahawks negotiations. From an email, the guys address why Tom Cable may not be happy with a majority of offensive lineman in college football. Before gettings started, the guys announce the release of the iOS app which Adam looks forward to giving a 1-star review simply to damage Brandan's ego. The reports are in and Wilson and the Seahawks are reportedly 10s of millions apart, which make Adam and Brandan believe negotiations are only beginning. While we haven't been fans of draft grades, there were three key grades we want you to know about, including one from Mel Kiper Jr. that suggest he's given up on grading the Hawks. Geoff Baker, an investigative sports reporter and sports business columnist for the Seattle Times, has been digging into the circumstances surrounding Frank Clark's arrest. After weeks of talk about all of the potential players the Seattle Seahawks could draft, we now know the newest members of the team. Adam and Brandan take some time to lay out their thoughts on Seattle's second-round pick Frank Clark and why they feel the draft got off to a disappointing start. From third-round pick Tyler Lockett to the final pick of the seventh round, Ryan Murphy, the guys talk about reasons to cheer for and get excited about each one of them. The clear winner of the post-draft interviews with Seahawks reporter Tony Ventrella was offensive lineman Terry Poole of San Diego State. Seattle is set to make their first pick during the second round on Friday and Rob, Adam and Brandan talk about who Seattle could reach for if they decide to move up from their 63rd pick.  Rob offers his thoughts on some of the players who have made official visits to Seattle and names one wide receiver who he thinks should already be penciled in as a pick for the Seahawks. Zach talks about some of his favorite movies from the 80s, we talk about the Seahawks 2015 schedule and he offers his opinion on how he thinks the Seahawks will do this season. The 2015 schedule is out for the Seahawks. A club record of five prime time games is the highlight of the schedule, but Seattle starts out the season on the road and two historically tough venues to play. Half of the Seahawks home games come against teams who are coming off their bye. Is that an advantage for the visiting team or advantage Seahawks? We take a look. After talking a bit about SPARQ scores in the past, we bring him on to give us the direct background into where these scores come from and what they mean for teams like the Seahawks. With March Madness in full swing, Adam and Brandan kick off this week's show talking about some of the rumors that have been swirling around Russell Wilson's contract and around the potential that Michael Bennett could be seeking a trade. On Monday, the NFL announced compensatory picks and the Seahawks now have 11. Since last time Rob was on the show, the impact of the Seahawks trade for Jimmy Graham shifts the desire of adding a wide receiver in the early rounds to looking for offensive lineman to fill behind center Max Unger and left guard James Carpenter. Seattle will also have to wait until the second round before making their first selection. Rob talks about how Ty SamBrailo of Colorado State could fill the void at guard if he's still on the board. The Seahawks recently brought in Stefen Wisniewski as a potential replacement for Max Unger, but news has been quiet on the former Oakland center and Rob explains what could possibly be going on behind the scenes. Rumors about a contract extension for Russell Wilson have been swirling around over the past week. Adam and Brandan talk about whether Wilson could see a fully guaranteed contract or whether or not he would hold off until the end of next season to negotiate.
