Episode 103 goes in depth on how Extra Mile Arena, a venue with 12,000+ capacity navigated the pandemic and returned to live events. Marketing Director McQ Olsen joins the show to talk through the early days of getting creative and reaching the point of "drawing a line in the sand" to get live shows happening again.
