I've never been a "morning person". If someone was to describe my demeanor in the "AM" it would be moody, at best. But, I was listening to Tim Ferriss's podcast (find it!) with Tony Robbins one day and in 5 minutes Tony changed all of that. One of my favorite books is 'The Slight Edge' by Jeff Olson. In the book, there is a great story about a young Steve Martin. Steve didn't stand out in the early days. It took him years to learn his craft and become a master. It's a great example of talent only getting you so far. In most cases, experience will always beat talent.
