    25/07/2016 Duration: 12min

N E W + P O D C A ST : Spirit of Gratitude Over the weekend I had such an amazing professional experience. As I basked being in the room with creatives, innovators and executives, I immediately repented for taking all the big and small things in my life for granted. It is no east feat to be living the life you dream of. Sometimes we get so caught up in the bigger picture of life, that we forget to be thankful for the small details along the way. Here are 10 Ways to Show a Spirit of Gratitude: 1. Be Positive 2. Keep a Gratitude Journal 3. Remember Where You Started 4. Appreciate What You Have 5. Keep Visual Reminders ……… Get the full list in my latest installment of ‪#‎MoMitchMondays‬ called: Spirit of Gratitude. I challenge you to walk in thankfulness and not just when things go your way. • ONE|MO|MINUTE: BE A LION

    06/06/2016 Duration: 16min

N E W + P O D C A S T: Be A Lion: A lion is known for being a skilled hunter, royalty amongst men and the leader of the pride. Lions are fearless, revered and confident. Their power rests in knowing who they are and leading the top of the food chain. Like a lion, a person who knows who they are and utilizes their power is unstoppable and unshakeable. They are a beast at accomplishing goals and overcoming adversity. They get back on when they fall off. They don’t buy into other people’s opinions of them. They make a way out of no way. They aren’t defined by defeat. They create, manifest and institute a better vision. Listen to my latest podcast “Be A Lion” to kick-off my weekly series #MoMitchMondays for a little motivation to get your week started. It’s time for me to “Give You a Little Mo’.” I'm back by popular demand! Feel free to listen, like and share!

  • ONE|MO|MINUTE: THE SEEDS DAISY LEFT BEHIND: REMEMBERING DAISY LEWELLYN

    15/04/2016 Duration: 13min

[ N E W + B L O G P O ST + P O D C A S T] The Seeds Daisy Left Behind: Remembering Daisy Lewellyn One of the things I love most about being a Virgo, is the ability to instantly connect with anyone. It’s definitely one of my God-given gifts. Whether it is through a picture, television show or in passing, the energy transferred from another person and I can be lasting. So it should be no surprise that I was crushed after hearing about the passing of Bravo’s Blood, Sweat and Heels star Lauren “Daisy” Lewellyn. She was someone I connected with. Over the last seven days I’ve tried to process the news and it has shaken me to my core. As a twenty-eight year old working in television, the vision I have for myself doesn’t include losing my life before I reach all my goals, get married, have children or experience all the joys of life. To see someone who I identify with as being a brown girl boss, HBCU alum, God-fearing, fashionable, goal driven and accomplished black woman, lose her life so young, put a lot into p

    31/03/2016 Duration: 12min

They are perfect examples of moving past situations and people that have tried to dull their ‪#‎BlackGirlMagic‬. In life, as we continue to strive and thrive we will be met with "light dimmers" who may not like us based on our will to win, ambition, strength and accomplishments. 23/01/2016 Duration: 11min

{ N E W + P O D C A S T + P O S T} Yep! I have the BEST mother in the entire world. She has taught me everything there is to know about being a woman. However, as I live a little more each day, there are a few things that I wish my mother would’ve told me about life. She could have let me in on the secrets to the path ahead. The inevitable road to being a woman. I never imagined that in order to grow, I would have to experience issues, setbacks, feelings and emotions. I get it now. It’s like my mother dropped me off to school, I am the student and life is the teacher. Thankfully, I've been taking good notes. Here are a few things I’ve had to learn the hard way. 1.You will be over looked. It’s apart of life. 2. Leaving people where they are will be one of the hardest things you will ever do…….. [ N E W + PODCAST+BLOGPOST] It’s my FIRST podcast + blog post of 2016 and I only want to share it with you. Coming off the heels of an amazing, momentous and pivotal year, I have done a lot of reflecting. I traveled from coast to coast and overseas. Fostered new and strengthened old relationships. Fought to stay in fighting trim. I cried and laughed. I won and lost. Let people go. Simply put I came, saw and conquered. What a glorious 365 days it has been. God definitely looked out for me. Just taking a glimpse at 2015: I owned who I was, turned pain into passion, manifested love, relaxed+ related + released, shared my professional testimony, broke soul ties, secured the bar and even dropped the ball. Be the first to listen to my latest podcast: The Emancipation of Momo 2.0 as I dissect the year that was and how I learned my biggest lesson yet, choosing myself first. LINK IN BIO! • ONE|MO|MINUTE: Twenty| Seven: Lessons of Womanhood

    13/09/2015 Duration: 28min

It's that time of the year again. My birthday. So when I finally began to jot down all the things I learned at 27 my list was at 50, obviously I had some narrowing down to do. Imagine a list of lessons compiled from a year of conversations, situations, experiences and epiphanies? I had a lot of ground to cover. So let’s get to it. 1. When people think you’re flying they want to fly with you too! Be careful who is in your flock. Be leery of people with hidden agendas. 2. Pouring into other people is rewarding. 3. Don’t allow temporary situations to have permanent damage. 4. Celebrate your victories no matter how small. 5. Your best moments are the ones you don’t share. 6. Manifest love. LOVE evolves. It’s not stagnant. 7. Secure the bar. Stick to your standards, values and requirements. 8. NEVER apologize for shining. 9. Little things make me happy. 10. Have no expectations. 11. Consistency is key. 12. You’ve got the power to live, persevere, grow, evolve and flourish. 13. Above all else choos

I finally got a chance to sit down and watch the OWN Iyanla Vanzant: Karrueche Tran Interview and I walked away with so many nuggets of knowledge.
