On the show, we highlight activities that are happening around the parishes each week as well as interview individuals involved in doing Gods work locally. In addition, we also discuss current events that impact all Catholics.

The discussion was framed through the lens of both Pam and Megan’s conversions to the Catholic Faith.     This week on RED-C Roundup our host Dr. Thaddeus Romansky visited with Kevin Pesek, Director of Faith Formation at St. Mary’s Catholic Center in College Station.  Thaddeus and Kevin spoke in this episode about the life and teachings of Pope Benedict XVI.  They began by pondering the essential encyclicals, writings, and homilies by Pope Benedict.  They continued by recalling the multiple ways that Pope Benedict and his teachings impacted their personal journey of Faith.  Kevin and Thaddeus also spent some time comparing the three potificates of Pope John Paul II, Pope Benedict XVI, and Pope Francis. The final part of their discussion was on various aspects of the Faith, including sacraments, grace, living what the Church teaches, prayer, conversion, the Blessed Virgin Mary, and loving Christ with our whole heart, and Pope Benedict’s teaching and perspective on each.

Thaddeus and Michael first spoke about the Feast Day of the Dedication of St. John Lateran and it’s significance in the area of church architecture. This was followed by a discussion of Sacrosanctum Concilium and it’s guidelines on sacred art and architecture.   The final points of discussion were on the sacred art and architecture of the building and design of the new St. Mary’s Catholic Church in College Station, just outside of the RED-C Catholic Radio studios.

Aine lives her life as a true disciple who cares about everyone involved in the abortion debate, including the baby, the mother, as well as the leadership on the pro-abortion side, including the abortionists!
