On October 22, 2013 24-year-old math teacher Colleen Ritzer was viciously raped and murdered inside Danvers High School, near Boston, Massachusetts, by 14-year-old freshman, Philip Chism. *Did you know that in Indiana (where this case takes place) under extreme circumstances, children as young as 10 years old can be tried and sentenced in adult courts? The child that we will be discussing in this case remains one of the youngest EVER to be tried in this fashion. In this collaboration, Heather and Warbaby (from the Murderous Minors: Killer Kids podcast) discuss Paul Henry Gingerich and Colt Lundy. On April 20, 2010, Indiana; 12-year-old Gingerich and Lundy were at Colt's home in Cromwell, Indiana (which is about 2.5 hours NE of Indianapolis or 1 hour NW of Fort Wayne) with Colt's 49-year-old stepfather, Phillip Danner. They decided that they wanted to steal Danner’s truck and drive to Arizona. They determined that the only way to get away with it was to “take care of him [Phillip]”. How would they do this? They shot him…with his own hand guns.

On May 29, 14-year-old N’yalah Lightfoot was stabbed by a 13-year-old friend, in Fort Worth, Tx. On June 4, a 15-year-girl struck and killed David Abshire and Tom Papineau, as her mom was teaching her to park. On June 8, 17-year-old Jaiden Caruso allegedly shot and killed 17-year-old Matt Minkler, during a game of ‘modified’ Russian Roulette. On June 13, 17-year-old Jayden Straight allegedly killed his 8-month-old daughter, Taija Straight, in Des Moines, Iowa. On July 30, a 13-year-old boy was allegedly playing with a shotgun when he killed 14-year-old Surrell Gaines. On June 4, 2-year-old Jvonte Johnston was killed when his 13-year-old brother found their father’s gun. On July 22, Officer Diego Moreno was killer in the line of duty, while aiding in the high-speed pursuit of 17-year-old Emiliano Garcia. Mixed and mastered by Resonate Recordings.
