Our duo deal with some tension sneaking into the 100 level and are surrounded by numerous unpleasant characters in their section. The night may have been saved by a delicious Spicy Ditka Polish and a bargain bin shirsey purchase by Jack. The guys also give a final tally of stats after the 2021 season and a look at the playoff picture as it stands a day before the season ends. #136 - 9/22/21 Minnesota Twins @ Chicago Cubs
24/09/2021 Duration: 02h24sThe Rain Delay boys head out to a Cubs game for one last time this season and take in their first game for the pod from the famous Wrigley Field bleachers. The guys get to meet Bleacher Jeff, experience some bleacher bum security guards, and learn about the secret value of shoestrings. Jeremy also partakes in some exclusive bleacher food from Hot Doug's! The real show comes after, once again, when Jack and Jeremy venture over to the Twins team bus and, inexplicably, witness the #OneChipChallenge with the Twins bus driver and some knucklehead fans hanging around. There's also a run-in with a weird security guard who encourages the guys to make money selling autographs on eBay. The Cubs season luckily wraps up in the weirdest of ways for our duo, so please check out this ep to hear all about it!

After some 100 level access drama, the guys take in the game and encounter a finger-guns dancing angry dad who had some displeasure over a nacho purchase, a whole pizza being dropped from the upper deck, and a switchblade and German Shepherd try to get through security. We're treated to a case of mistaken identity for one of the Rockies' top pitchers, Jeremy getting snubbed by the one Rockies player whose card he brought, and a chance encounter with a Cubs player on the walk back to the car! The aftermath of which resulted in one of the funniest podcast moments to date, as Jack and Jeremy celebrate with two overly excited galoots, er, fans who also received an autograph of the aforementioned mystery Cubs player. Jack describes Jeremy's wild mood swings, Jeremy rants about David Ross's management in the series, and the guys report back about a passive aggressive dad and a dude who worked at Boeing who was WAY too into himself.
