    In today's episode, I got to sit down and chat with Atif who is a friend of mine and a member of the Fitness Collective. Atif joined up at the start of September as Gyms reopened in Scotland and it took us a few weeks to get his intro call organised.  But it was worth the wait.  Atif is vastly experienced in fitness, having had many years of success followed by a reverse of that, and he is now looking to figure out how to make his lifestyle choices stick and build habits around his fitness that means he can stay on top of all of this for the rest of his life.   He's such a lovely guy, and I know you are going to love him and his Scottish accent.   FYI - Edinburgh is one of my most favorite places in the world. We got chatting about how his goal focus has driven him to great success, followed by that success being inverted and how to move away from an achievement mindset and into a more well rounded longer-term view.  It's a great chat.
