In the second hour, Sam and Noel are joined by friend of the show Coley Harvey of ESPN from Paris as the Olympics winds down. Coach Chris Parker, Sam’s co-host of the High School Scoreboard Show, joins the show ahead of the start of High School Football. Plus, we enter Noel’s World where she breaks down how Nike took the sneaker war to the 96 Atlanta Olympics.

In the first hour, Sam and Noel are back with all the exciting sports events of Saturday. Is the NFL preseason even necessary anymore? In the Olympics, there’s been a bit of controversy with a medal? There was an Olympic medal swap at Hartsfield-Jackson Airport? . In the MLB, the Braves bats heat up enough for Grand Slam but there’s still work to do.

Sam and Noel jumped in to the show to catch up on the week that has been with their Stories of the Week. We then talked Falcons after their preseason loss to the Dolphins last night and the Olympics are winding down but there's still plenty to get into.

Sam Crenshaw hit his local sports segment to preview the upcoming Corky Kell-Dave Hunter Classic to start the second hour and Sam & Noel dug into an Olympics discussion as Team USA readies for a gold medal game in basketball. We finished the hour with a Noel's World to see where the shoes are dropping.

It was a busy third hour as CJ and Kelly Stewart from L.E.A.D. Baseball jumped on with Sam & Noel to discuss the upcoming game with the Atlanta Police Department in the Safe At Home game. Chad Bishop from the AJC then joined Sam & Noel to dig into what he's seen from Georgia Tech's fall camp as they prepare for their trip to Ireland to play Florida State in two weeks. We finished the hour and dove back into some Olympics discussion
