He goes through how his students game plan went and also we talk about clubs, how to improve your club sides performances. Shannon give's us an insight into his life away from bowls but also what it is that makes him one of the most consistent performers of  NZ on the international scene. He also has some hilarious stories which had me in stiches.

This weeks guest on the podcast is young Queensland star Des Cann. I sit down with Des and we talk about his recent win in the Queensland Premier League, his big wins in the State pairs and fours last year which lead to winning two Australian titles and his thoughts on not getting picked for Queensland despite his good current form.

Shane Fordham is this weeks special guest on the podcast and what an amazing story he is! The man who at the young age of twenty won the Victorian state pairs with then 15 year old prodigy Marc Casey, played in the Australian U/25's then walked away from the sport for 8 years before making his comeback and now back playing for the Victorian state team.

I sit down with Belmont blaze and Qld over 60's player John Finlayson and A grade top skip Matty Bell and we run the rule over each clubs season club by club, pick our flops of the year and standout's. We discuss the skips ladder and make our picks on how the finals will play out.

Gary talks me through his career, with all the highs and lows including his two gold medals at the world championship and the lows of the controversies at the Asia Pacific's the following year. We talk to Crawford about his Australian titles he won with the legend Rex Johnston, how he got into bowls, some of his and Troy's antics when they were NSW selectors and Crawford shares plenty of great stories.

This week I talk to a young star of Australian bowls in Corey Wedlock and have a guest interviewer in Brendan Egan. We sit down with Corey and chat about his BPL experience with the Sydney lions, how he played for Australia before NSW and his journey to the top of bowls and he tells a very funny story for his funniest moment!

This week we are off to Western Australia to have a chat to one of their stars John (Chevy) Slavich. Chevy is a star of the BPL with his larger than life personality and he talks me through all his interest's from his love of cars and music to his fantastic bowling career. A must listen episode from one of the most down to earth bowlers I have had a chance to interview  

This week i have Lisa Phillips on the show. Lisa Is a two time Australian open singles champion who has taken a step back in her bowls in recent years but is well and truly on her way back. I asked Lisa all the listener questions that were put up on Facebook which there was plenty of good ones!

This weeks special guest is former NT player Jade Groenewege. Jade currently plays in Queensland with the Victoria point Magpies and has a tremendous record in the Queensland Premier league having won the title the last two years with different clubs. We talk about his journey through bowls, the Queensland Premier league and much more.

This weeks show I sit down with a true great of our sport in Rex Johnson. We talk about his playing career, his time as coach for Australia. What he is up to now and Rex give some great coaching tips as well as a couple of good stories.

This weeks show we head over to WA to have a chat to one of their best in Pieter Harris. Pieter was a former Australian U/25 rep and played with the likes of Kelvin Kerkow and Steve Glasson.

Brett Murphy otherwise known as Shrek has been a top Lawn bowls administrator for well over a decade and now holds the coveted position as bowls co-ordinator at St Johns Park Bowls club. Shrek also worked as Bowls devolvement officer at Bowls Queensland. We sat down and talked all things bowls, from the dwindling numbers in ladies bowls to the way the game as a whole is structured. We also went back into his time playing bowls in Qld and some of his great stories you will all enjoy.
