Solo episode! Driving back from a gig in Arizona has given me time to more closely examine the importance of solo time and letting your thoughts wander uninterrupted. I try walking with no headphones for the first time in a while. I leave my phone and watch behind when I go eat. I decide to pull further back from social media and see how it impacts my mindset, creativity and overall stress and anxiety levels. I sign up for a meditation class. What else can I try?
