Last Sunday a quick response call-in had callers agreeing with the national service initiative by U.K. PM Sunak, but saying it would be political suicide. Should the Conservative Party of Canada commit to national service of 1 year for each Canadian youth on reaching18th birthday, serving either in the CAF or with a national civilian organization. - Many countries internationally demand this, including neutral Switzerland. A frantic day for Toronto. Earlier this morning, a four-alarm fire tore through St. Anne's Anglican Church in Little Portugal. While no injuries were reported, the blaze did destroy murals painted by the Group of Seven. Today also saw a record turnout, and increased security for Toronto's "Walk with Israel."
