As we wrap up Mental Health month (EVERY MONTH IS MENTAL HEALTH MONTH), my friend Megan Scott returns as AFSP is looking for volunteers to help with all kinds of various duties thru the summer and leading up to the walk on Oct 5th. I had to make a sacrifice similar to one many others, Alex included, have had to make over the last three years. First, Taylor has my sympathy. I will never do THAT again.  Breathing better.  Well, I've never had one of THESE before. 

A long delayed return visit for Doug Hinebaugh. I see ALL of his brilliant content (all kinds of it!) and noticed something was different this week.
