KHAOS 23: Kingdom Hearts and a Big Nice Grab Bag Episode 23 of Kingdom Hearts and Other Stuff reunites me with one of my best friends from the years I lived in Toronto: my buddy John Lebow, known to many as Big Nice John. He doesn't have a particular topic in mind, so we mostly just shoot the breeze. Somewhere in there we discuss Zachary Levi's roles in Shazam and Kingdom Hearts III, compare Kingdom Hearts Union's Deep Dive stream to John's want to stream the Witcher series from the start, and share with each other how wrestling (for John) and Kingdom Hearts (for me) have resonated with us emotionally over the years. I've convinced yet another friend to try playing through the Kingdom Hearts series! My buddy Colin recently picked up The Story So Far collection for PS4 and is pretty delightfully surprised by the first few hours of Kingdom Hearts. We spend over an hour (!) discussing their first few hours with the game, several of our favorite Disney films and worlds, how the Disney movies have influenced us, and plenty of things they have to look forward to as they progress through the games.
