The boys are back with another top show and they are just getting better every week. With original scripts, confident presenting and some lovely off-script banter, this definitely deserves a listen again!

This week we look back over a busy week that had something of everything - Ocarina Day, news from around the school, looking ahead to SiD2019 and even a snow day!

As part of our ongoing, successful ocarina project, today we all performed some songs together, both as a whole school and in respective classes. Here's another outstanding show from our Breakfast Show team, their 10th so far this year! As you can hear, they are getting better and better each week, presenting with confidence, intonation and professionalism.

In a week when Westwood Radio went on tour to BETT 2019 to present a live show(!), this podcast is jam packed of our experiences of the show, as well as all the news and information from another busy week at Westwood with Iford Primary School.

For the first time ever, our super-talented broadcasters were given the wonderful opportunity to join Russell Prue of Anderton Tiger Broadcasting on the show floor at BETT 2019 to present a live show on NetSupport Radio. Taking over the controls, everyone had the most brilliant time and put together a stunning show that was not only listened to around the world, but also watched by many of the visitors to BETT. This in itself is very different to our usual studio surroundings and I really could not be more proud of our children for their confidence, resilience and professionalism. Huge congratulations and a massive well done to Billy, for mixing the jingles superbly and hosting, to Luke and Matthew also for their brilliant hosting skills and to Sophie, and Erin for the amazing presenting. Everyone was at their very best and made for a show to remember. The Word on the Street boys are back with another wonderful show full of their own scripts and great presenting. Josh and Spike took control of the hosting and did a marvellous job. These boys get better every week so do please listen again to another of their fabulous shows.

The Breakfast Show team are back with THE best way to begin your week. A big well done to Hattie and Alice for some superb hosting and another great show, full of top presenting and excellent scripts. The average age of these children is just 6 years old!

The Breakfast Show Crew returned this morning with another sparkling show to brighten any Monday morning. With Millie joining us for the first time and presenting with confidence, as well as May and Alice hosting for the first time (they're 6 years old), this was another example of the power of education radio.

Back with another weekly round up of everything that's been happening at Westwood with Iford School in this first week of 2019 and what a week it's been! So much to share and look forward to at our exciting and innovative school.

The Friday Show team returned with a bang and a fantastic show with new hosts and content for the new year.
