One of the best times of the year for baseball fans (not Pittsburgh, Kansas City, etc.)! The Winter Meetings happened and it was nuts! Unique this year for Cubs and Cardinals fans, but not unheard of (Mr. Fowler). Ron and Pete jump on for what is likely the final podcast of the season during Game 5 of the 2022 World Series. MLB looked at the wild-and-crazy end to the 2021 Trade Deadline and said "Hold my beer." The Team also explores the big questions this week: Who is more annoying to the opposing fans: Christopher Morel or Brandon Donovan? Is Ian Happ in his final weeks as a Cub? And does Pete hate Happ more than Ron hates O'Neill? This week's final segment – as always – is for the pop culture nerds. It was bound to happen under Disney, as this week's episode of Obi-Wan Kenobi was terrible.
