Courtney speaks on her experiences as a mother caring for a child with celiac disease and the journey of how Mitchell was finally diagnosed. Mitchell speaks about what it's like being diagnosed and living with celiac disease as a young man. He is now in college and offers great advice on successfully living gluten-free as a college student. We also touched on non-celiac gluten sensitivity (aka gluten intolerance) which they believe Mitchell's younger brother has. We thank the Gaer family for sharing their story with us as it offers great insight and advice for those whose lives are affected by celiac disease and gluten intolerances.
