It's been a fairly good start to the trading day with Bitcoin and the broader market seeing the second day of gains so far. Cryptotraders beware though as this is only 2 days of upside and we will need more for us traders to get those trends working for us. BTC, ETH, XRP, DOT, SOL, ADA, DOGE, DOT, BNB, and TRX are all up today. Here's to hoping the trends come into the mid-time frames and we get some moves higher again. Crypto had a mixed week last week with some closing the week up and some down. XRP was the only major mover with most markets having very little volatility for the most part. Today my focus is on trading the lower time frames as the trends arrive. BTC, ETH, DOGE, AVAX, TRX, BNB, SOL, and ADA are slowly falling and DOT is the only market that is up. XRP is up 50% so far this week, off the back of?????? I am sorry, I have not been in the XRP news cycle so I don't have the information right now. As far as the rest of the market, well we have ourselves a bit of a bounce and mess and cryptotrading requires stability and trend, traders are seeing very few of these right now. We did see a good bounce yesterday on BTC, ETH, XRP, BNB, DOGE, DOT, AVAX, SOL, ADA, and TRX. I am interested to see how the week closes to be honest and if we can carry some momentum over the weekend. The US rate decision was early this morning for this cryptotrader and it wreaked havoc on the markets with a move higher just before the announcement then sending the market plummeting lower. BNB, ETH, BTC, XRP, DOGE, DOT, SOL, ADA, AVAX, and TRX all were sent lower to the close. Bitcoin is slow, ETH matches the slow pace and BNB, ADA, AVAX, DOT, DOGE, TRX and Sol are all up a tad with Cardano moving higher by the greatest margin so far. XRP has been on a strong run but today it is slightly off. Cryptotraders that follow the TraderCobb "Bitcoin Breakout" strategy are licking their lips as we have so many little support levels around. What a wild day yesterday with the crypto market selling off hard to then rebound, it left many cryptotraders scratching their heads. Cradle trades to the short side on the 4/8 hour time frames along with bitcoin breakout consolidations is what is on this traders list today. Another sell-off week for bitcoin has come to an end with BTC closing down 11% last week. Well we have the ETH merge behind us now and with it we are sub-1500, not sure why but it is what it is. Bitcoin sold off but gained dominance and for CryptoTraders, it’s best to be focused on the lower time frames in my opinion while we deal with slop. So who is showing slop, I hear you ask? Bitcoin has a really nice support level currently and I will be watching the 8-hour and higher to see if I get a trade short here. The rest of the market other than ADA has been slow and down with ETH, BNB, DOGE, DOT, SOL, AVAX, TRX and XRP all down. Ethereum is performing far better than BTC at the moment with BTC close to trend lows and ETH still around 9% from them.
