Kicking off his career as a DJ in the late nineties, he delved into production by the early noughties only to emerge as one of technos most stylistically identifiable producers. His idiosyncratic approach to production offers a loyalist techno framework whilst breathing fluid melodies into its structures. Having received a PH.D in Computational Biology, Max’s fascination with science, especially genetics, has been a fundamental inspiration for a lot of his music, giving it a unique grounding.
