    Richard Jeffares' journey from craft beer enthusiast to gluten-free brewery pioneer is a tale of passion, resilience, and innovation. Diagnosed with Coeliac Disease in 2015, Jeffares faced the stark reality of a gluten-free diet, stripping him of the craft beer diversity he cherished in Australia.
