Dan opened the lines for listener comment on the 2024 Presidential candidates. He challenged the audience to call in and express their thoughts on who should be our next president.

According to a new Emerson College poll, former President Donald Trump lost some support from GOP primary voters after the debate. Several candidates saw an uptick, with former South Carolina Gov. Nikki Haley getting the largest boost. Emerson College Polling Director Spencer Kimball shared all the results with Dan.

On Friday, Mayor Michelle Wu shared the details of a new plan to reduce violence and clear encampments in the Mass. and Cass area. Today, the Mayor filed an ordinance which would ban tents and give police the authority to remove them in the area. Joining Dan with insight was Representative John F. Moran.

A private jet owned by Russia’s Wagner Group crashed tonight with no survivors. The passenger manifest included Yevgeny Prigozhin, head of the Wagner mercenary group that launched a rebellion against Russia’s army back in June. Woburn Mayor Scott Galvin is expecting about another 100 migrant families to join the 59 that have already been placed in area hotels. Massachusetts' Right to Shelter law is one of only three in the country which makes the Bay State an attractive destination for migrants. Mayor Galvin says all will be welcome despite the hardship and he joined Dan to discuss.

Newly unveiled documents reflect that Hunter Biden's legal team once warned prosecutors they'd put President Biden on the stand if criminal charges were ever brought against their client. Hunter's lawyer at the time, Chris Clark, made the claim back in October 2022 after news leaked the Justice Department had enough evidence to charge Hunter with tax and gun-related crimes. Dan explored the story.
