Everyone received great results and improvements, but after the program ended found that majority of the participants were right back to where they started. That just made me want to share some insights on this problem not from a diabetes standpoint but from a fitness professional who is tired of organizations and the fitness industry not focusing on the MAIN PROBLEM!!!
