To begin with, out of all the boxing home gym designs I've seen, one centrepiece always occurs. You need a heavy boxing bag, not one of those water-filled base bags. The mounting solutions with water to hold a bag down are honestly garbage because even light punches can knock it over when not properly filled. I haven't seen a good enough solution for my needs to recommend it. The point of your boxing bag is so you can go all out and not always practise pulling your punches.
